Seven Killed In Road Accident In UP’s Chitrakoot

Chitrakoot, April 2 (TNA) In a tragic incident, seven people were killed in a road mishap in Chitrakoot on Tuesday. The mishap happened when a dumper hit an auto-rickshaw. The injured have been admitted to the district hospital. According to the information received, the accident took place on Kapsethi-Amanpur National Highway in the city Kotwali area.

The CNG auto-rickshaw loaded with passengers was going from Karvi station to Ramghat. Seeing the serious condition, the doctors here have referred him to the Higher Center Prayagraj.

After the information, the police reached the spot, took possession of the bodies and sent them to the mortuary house and have begun identification. These include Kannauj residents Akhilesh and Anirudh and Hamirpur resident Nidhi. Others are yet to be identified.
