Retired Police Officer Shoots Self Dead In Lucknow

Lucknow, February 7 (TNA) A retired police officer in the state capital pulled the trigger on himself on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Kailash Chandra, who superannuated as a deputy SP from UP Police.

The incident happened at Sector J in Jankipuram where the 73-year-old used his licensed revolver to kill himself. The police have sent the body for a post-mortem and a probe has been initiated into the possible reasons behind the suicide.
