Property Worth Crores Of Former MLA Vijay Mishra Attached In Prayagraj

Prayagraj, March 28 (TNA) The Bhadohi police have taken action against property worth crores of former MLA Vijay Mishra in Allapur and have confiscated it. Bhadohi police reached Allapur with a large force and confiscated property worth crores of former MLA Vijay Mishra from Gyanpur, Bhadohi on Wednesday.

An announcement was also made. Before this, properties worth crores of many close relatives of Vijay, daughter Seema Mishra and nephew former block chief Manish Mishra have already been attached.

The building of the old Saket Hospital located in Allapur of Prayagraj City was attached by the Bhadohi police on Wednesday. This property is said to belong to the former powerful MLA of Gyanpur, Vijay Mishra. Vijay Mishra is currently in jail. Various criminal cases are registered against him in many districts of UP including Bhadohi and Prayagraj.

This action has been taken by the Bhadohi Police under the Gangster Act. All these properties are in different areas of Prayagraj city. According to the police, all this property has been acquired from the money made from criminal activities.

There are 83 cases registered against powerful former MLA Vijay Mishra including murder, robbery, snatching, assault, property grabbing and rape. Presently he is serving a sentence in a rape case in Agra jail.
