Properties Of 14 Accused In Infamous Bikru Case To Be Attached, Bilhaur Police Gathering Details

Kanpur, Sep 28 (TNA) The Bilhaur police had initiated action under the Gangster Act against the 14 accused in the infamous Bikru incident about a year ago. The police had written a letter to the President of the Revenue Council on September 8, 2021, seeking details of the movable and immovable properties of the accused across the state.

Properties of 14 accused of Bikru case will now be attached, an official informed. After taking action against the gangster, Bilhaur police is collecting details of their properties. There is a provision to attach the property of every accused after the gangster's action.

The Bilhaur police had taken gangster action against the 14 accused in the Bikru incident about a year ago. Till now, the Bilhaur police had written a letter to the President of the Revenue Council on September 8, 2021, seeking details of the movable and immovable properties of the accused across the state.

On this, the Chairman of the Revenue Board, Mukul Singhal, replied to the Bilhaur police that they did not have the details of every person. They should collect the details of the property holders themselves with the help of the district administration. For this, the district administration was asked to coordinate.

On the other hand, a letter was written to the District Magistrate to cooperate with the police in providing information about the movable and immovable properties of all the gangster accused. It is believed that soon their properties will be attached by the police.

Details of assets belonging to Hiru Dubey, Shyam Bajpai, Jahan Yadav, Dayashankar Agnihotri, Sanjay Dubey, Arvind Trivedi, Sushil Kumar Tiwari, Bablu Muslim, Ramu Vajpayee, Shashikant Pandey, Shiv Tripathi, Vishnu Pal, Shivam Dubey, Ram Singh Yadav are being collected.

Special Judge Gangster Act on Monday framed charges against Jayakant Bajpai and his three brothers Ajayakant, Rajakant and Shobhit in the gangster case.
