Prayagraj Police Bust Cyber Crime Gang Which Swindled Rs 1.74 Lakh From A High Court Lawyer Arrested

Prayagraj, Sep 11 (TNA) The Prayagraj Police on Friday busted a gang of cyber criminals and arrested two of its members. The gang was involved in online cheating go many people in the holy city. An official said that the cyber cell had received a complaint from an Allahabad High Court advocate that there has been an online bank fraud with him.

He told the cops that some people had swindled him by transferring Rs 1.74 lakh from his bank account. The crime was committed by taking his OTP. The police got on a hot pursuit fo the cyber criminals thereafter and succeeded in arresting the duo on Friday. The police has seized a laptop, a mobile phone, an ATM card, cheque books along with some incriminating evidence against them.
