Police Vacate Samajwadi Party Office At Panchayat Office In Mainpuri

Mainpuri, Sep 13 (TNA) The Police on Monday got the office of the Samajwadi Party (SP) in Mainpuri, the one-time citadel of the party vacated. The office was once the Panchat office till 2004 when the then ruling allocated it to itself.

The administration had pasted a notice at the party office two days back asking it to be vacated at the earliest.

At the time of the vacating of the office, the additional CDO, SDM and otehr senior police officials with a large posse of police were present when the office was being vacated. The office stood at a prime land worth crores in the centre of the city.
