Piped Gas Line Catches Fire With Explosion In Agra’s Dayalbagh Area

Agra, April 11 (TNA) Panic prevailed in the Dayalbagh area of Agra on Monday when a gas leak was reported in the piped Green Gas. With the leakage the pipeline caught fire and there were some minor explosions. Almost 100 metres of the pipe was effected due to the fire and people fought hard to douse the fire.

There was panic however in the area due to the fire and fear of explosions in the piped gas line further ahead. There were shops and houses in the vicinity and people got scared with the spectre of the fire reaching their houses. The hot temperatures added to the fears and the problem. Fire tenders were rushed to the spot and they doused the fire with the help of locals.
