Perfume Trader Piyush Jain Walks Out Of Jail After 254 Days

Kanpur, Sep 8 (TNA) After spending 254 days in prison, perfume trader Piyush Jain, walked out of the confines of jail on Thursday. Jain who was jailed after recovery of Rs 196 crore and 23 kg of unaccounted gold in Kannauj and Kanpur, spent eight months in prison.

Although he was to be released two days ago, but due to delay in verification of documents, he could come out of jail on Thursday. After the order of the court, his wife and son, furnished bonds of Rs ten lakhs each, verification was completed on Tuesday.
