Murder Accused Kills Man, His Wife Who Testified Against Him In A Case

KUSHINAGAR || In a shocking incident, a murder accused late on Monday night murdered the eye witness and his wife in Kushinagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The daughter of the deceased escaped and saved her life.

According to the information, 55 year-old-Shiv Baran and his wife Sunkesia were sleeping in the housewhen around midnight Bhulai entered the house and attacked Budahan with a weapon. When Sunkesia came to the rescue after hearing the screams of her husband, the killer also hit her.

When the daughter was also attacked, she ran to save her life and raised an alarm. Hearing the noise, the accused fled before the villagers gathered at the scene. A badly injured husband and wife died on the spot due to excessive bleeding.

Inspector Dharmendra Singh reached the spot with additional force as furious villagers began a protest. The accused Ramashankar is accused in the case of Pattidar 10 years ago and also in another case of attempted murder two years ago and is out on bail. Budhan had testified in the murder case.
