Lucknow Bench Of The Allahabad HC Rejects Cancellation Of Appointment Of Asst Teachers

Lucknow, Dec 7 (TNA) The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court has rejected the order of the state government to cancel the appointment of candidates and the candidature of some candidates appointed to the posts of assistant teachers due to wrong information related to Shikshamitra in the online application form.

Along with this, the court has also rejected the order of recovery of the state government from the candidates. The court has ordered the Basic Education Department to reconsider the cases of the candidates.
