Lover Barges Into PG Room Of Girlfriend, Shoots Her Dead After Fight, Flees Waving Pistol

Noida, November 29 (TNA) In a shocking incident in Noida, a young man entered a paying guest (PG) accommodation and shot his girlfriend dead before fleeing the scene while brandishing a pistol. The incident took place late Friday night in Yakubpur village. Upon hearing the gunshots, people rushed to the room and found the lifeless body of the young woman lying on the floor. The PG operator immediately informed the police.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Shakti Mohan Awasthi of the Central Division stated that the victim, a 25-year-old woman named Sonu, lived in the PG and was in a relationship with a man named Krishna. The two had a quarrel that escalated around 11 PM, leading Krishna to shoot her, resulting in her death at the scene. Police and forensic teams arrived shortly after, collected evidence, and sent the body for a post-mortem. Krishna fled the location, and police have deployed four teams to search for him.

The police revealed that Sonu and Krishna had previously worked together, where their romantic relationship began. In recent days, tensions had risen between them over undisclosed issues, which are suspected to be the motive behind the murder. CCTV footage from the scene has been recovered and is under investigation. Authorities confirmed that a swift arrest is expected as the manhunt continues.
