Large Cache Of Explosives, 17 Kg Of Drugs Recovered From Indo-Nepal In Bahraich

Bahraich, March 21 (TNA) A large cache of explosives and 17 kg of charas have been recovered in two separate seizures on the Indo-Nepal border in Bahraich. The explosives were recovered from a Nepali youth's car on the Indo-Nepal border, an official said.

SSB Commandant Tapandas told that two units of explosive Bell Max 90, five units of explosive Super Power 90, eight units of detonator, fuse and 73 hundred Nepali rupees have been recovered from the youth.

This explosive was being taken from India to Nepal. The youth has been identified as Hari Bahadur Rawat, resident of Panka in Nepal. The accused has been handed over to Rupaidiha police.

The smuggler of drugs has been identified as Surendra, a resident of Sonipat Gohna in Haryana. The international market value of the recovered charas is said to be around Rs 2 crore.
