Keshav Prasad Maurya Turns Emotional After Watching ‘The Kashmir Files’, Urges Everyone To Watch The Movie
Lucknow, March 15 (TNA) Former Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Keshav Prasad Maurya turned teary eyed watching ‘The Kashmir Files’ at a threatre in the state capital on Monday. Talking to reporters later he said the movie is soul-stirring and very emotional. He also exhorted all, specially the youth to go and watch the movie, based on the Kashmiri Pandits who were forced to leave the Kashmir valley in 1990.
“My soul is crying” he said getting emotional as he praised all the characters and the film makers. “This film has narrated the pain of Kashmiri Pandits and the pain of Mother India” he further said. The film has been accorded tax free status in Uttar Pradesh and the movie is drawing huge crowds across the country despite no promotion by Bollywood biggies.
