Kasganj Police Recovers INSAS Rifle Robbed From A Cop, Two Arrested

Lucknow, August 24 (TNA) In a major success for the Kasganj Police, a team of cops on Tuesday succeeded in recovering the INSAS rifle of a policeman that was robbed a few days back. The recovery was made after a gun battle with the criminals involved in the crime.

According to an official, one of the miscreants involved in the daredevil crime was arrested and a woman accused of harbouring him and conspiring to rob the policeman of the rifle has also been arrested. The INSAS rifle has been recovered along with the magazine and 20 cartridges.
