Justice Manoj Kumar Gupta To Be Acting Chief Justice Of Allahabad High Court From November 22

Prayagraj, November 20 (TNA) Justice Manoj Kumar Gupta will be the Acting Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court from November 22. Justice Gupta will perform the duties of the Chief Justice after the retirement of Justice Pritinker Diwaker on November 21.

The Central government on Monday notified the appointment of Justice Manoj Kumar Gupta as the Acting Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court with effect from November 22, 2023. Justice Gupta gradulate in Law from the Lucknow University in 1987. He later enrolled as an Advocate on December 6, 1987. He practised mainly on Civil, Rent Control and Constitutional sides.

He was elevated as Additional Judge on April 12, 2013 and took oath as Permanent Judge on April 10, 2015.
