Junior Engineer In Chitrakoot Arrested By CBI For Child Pornography, Sexual Abuse Of Kids

Lucknow, Nov 18 (TNA) A junior engineer of the Irrigation department has been arrested by the CBI for his alleged involvement in shooting and sharing of child pornography.

He has been picked by the investigative agency based on long surveillance. The alleged paedophile is accused of sexually abusing more than 50 children in the Chitrakoot and neighbouring areas.

He has been identified as Ram Bhawan. After his arrest, he was produced before a court. He is in his late thirties and is accused of abusing children between five years of age to 16 years. CBI has charged him of doing all this for the past ten years.

The CBI team has also raided the houses of the main accused and his accomplices from where some eight lakh rupees, 12 mobile phones, laptop, web camera and other electronic storage device like pen drive, memory card and many sex toys have also been recovered.
