Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’ Reviews Working And Schemes

Lucknow, April 2 (TNA) Minister, Industrial Development, Export Promotion, NRI and Investment Promotion, Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’ has exhorted the officials of all wings of Infrastructure & Industrial Development department of Uttar Pradesh to ensure hassle-free and time bound facilitation to investors and industries in a transparent manner.

Addressing the senior officials of the department, including Infrastructure & Industrial Development Commissioner, Sanjeev Mittal, CEOs of all industrial development authorities at the PICUP office, the Minister on Friday said, “All industrial and infrastructure projects must be implemented timely in a transparent manner in right earnest.”

Additional Chief Secretary, Industrial Development Arvind Kumar gave a presentation before the Minister, detailing the agenda of the department for 100 days, on which the Minister gave suggestions and directed for timely disposal of complaints of investors, preparation for third groundbreaking ceremony.

The Minister asked the officers to formulate new policies for investment promotion and ensure their smooth implementation as per the vision of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Emphasising the importance of industry sector in spurring the economic growth and employment, Nandi further said that our motto should be time bound and smooth delivery of services to investors to achieve the target of making Uttar Pradesh 1 trillion-dollar economy contributing to scaling up of the Indian economy to 5 trillion-dollar.
