Historic Milestone: Over 65 Crore Devotees Participate in Maha Kumbh At Prayagraj

Prayagraj, February 26 (TNA) The sacred land of Tirthraj Prayagraj, witnessed a historic moment as the Maha Kumbh 2025, which began on January 13, crossed the 65 crore mark in footfall on Mahashivratri, the final bathing day. By 8 AM on Wednesday, lakhs of devotees had already taken a holy dip, contributing to this record-breaking feat.

This Maha Kumbh has etched its name in history as the largest gathering of devotees ever recorded. No other religious or cultural event worldwide has ever seen such an overwhelming congregation within a span of 45 days, all in a temporary city set up in Prayagraj.
