Global Diplomats Experience Mahakumbh 2025, Take Dip At Sangam In Prayagraj
Prayagraj, February 2 (TNA) The Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 in Prayagraj, has drawn significant international attention with a 118-member delegation from 77 countries participating. This event, recognised as the world's largest spiritual gathering, featured diplomats taking part in a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam, where the rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati converge.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath welcomed the delegates, emphasizing the festival's role in promoting India's cultural heritage and spiritual tourism. The event has been lauded for its organisation and the profound spiritual experience it provides, with ambassadors from countries like Japan and Austria expressing their admiration. Over 35 crore pilgrims have attended, underscoring the event's cultural and spiritual significance.
