Four Killed As Truck Ploughs Into House In Mainpuri

Mainpuri, August 16 (TNA) Four persons, including a retired police sub-inspector, were killed while asleep as a speeding truck ploughed into a roadside house in Mainpuri in the wee hours of Tuesday.

The sub-inspector was sleeping in the house with his wife and the driver and operator of the truck died in the accident. Four people have lost their when the accident happened.

The driver and the cleaner of the truck also perished in the mishap. The ruck was carrying iron rods. The deceased have been identifiedas Vishram Singh (61), his wife Vinod Kumari (58), truck driver Kavindra and Ankit. Six others have also been injured.
