Five Of A Family Killed In Ghaziabad Road Mishap

Ghaziabad, Sep 7 (TNA) In a late night road accident, 5 people of two families were killed in Ghaziabad, police said on Tuesday. Two children are also among the dead. The incident took place on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway of Mussoorie police station area.

Two people injured in this accident are still being treated at Sarvodaya Hospital in Ghaziabad. Giving this information, Ghaziabad SSP Pawan Kumar said that the family was returning from Haridwar after getting the children tonsured, when a truck coming on the wrong side, rammed into the Alto car at around 1:00 pm.

The deceased have been Ashish, Sonu, Shilpi and two children Pari and Devasena died in this road accident. Apart from this, there are two more people, who are undergoing treatment at Sarvodaya Hospital in Ghaziabad. The police have arrested the truck driver, who fled the crime scene with the truck.
