Female Civil Judge Junior Division In Badaun Found Hanging At Her Official Residence

Lucknow, February 3 (TNA) Body of a female civil judge junior division was found at her official residence under suspicious circumstances in Budayun on Saturday. 28-year-old Jyotsna Rai was posted as Civil Judge Junior Division. There was a stir in the district administration after getting information about this. Police recovered the body by breaking the door of the house.

The incident took place in Judge Colony of Sadar Kotwali area. While prima facie it appears to be a case of suicide, the police are exploring all options, an official said. Top officials including SSP are investigating on the spot. According to SSP Alok Priyadarshi, the body of the woman judge was found hanging at her official residence this morning.

All aspects are being investigated. The forensic team is investigating on the spot. As soon as the news was received, all the colleagues and court personnel had also arrived at the crime scene.
