Drugs Racket Busted In Noida, Used To Supply In Rave Parties

Noida, March 14 (TNA) Noida's Phase 3 Police has busted a big drug racket and arrested three people including a girl who is a software engineer girl. 289 MDMA drugs pills have been recovered from their possession, costing around Rs 25 lakh. Three accused in this case are still absconding and the police is on a lookout for them.

Noida Central Zone DCP Ram Badan Singh informed that Police Station Phase 3 has arrested three smugglers named Pulkit Kapoor, Abhishek and Pooja who used to supply drugs to youth in Delhi-NCR for rave parties. The police first arrested Pulkit, a resident of Atrauli Aligarh. After questioning him, Noida resident Abhishek and Noida resident Pooja were arrested. Police said that Pooja is a software engineer in a Noida-based company.

She belongs to a high profile family, but in spite of that she was involved in drug trade. Pooja's father is an engineer in Railways and mother is MBBS. These people used to get drugs from outside through couriers. The narcotics recovered from their possession are made in Netherlands. Some slips have also been recovered from their possession which have the address of Afghanistan.

Police said that these people along with their associates Suryashu, Pranay and Didipya used to sell MDMA drugs. Didipya provided these people with intoxicating pills to sell. The estimated value of the recovered drugs in the international market is around Rs 25 lakh.
