Double-Decker Bus Catches Fire After Mishap In Amroha, One Woman Dies

Amroha, Oct 7 (TNA) More than four dozen passengers had a providential escape late on Wednesday in Amroha district of Uttar Pradesh when the double-decker bus they were travelling in turtled, fell in a roadside ditch and caught fire. A woman passenger was however not so lucky and she died in the incident, police said.

As soon as the information was received, two fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and doused the fire. The double-decker bus was going from Delhi to Moradabad when on the National Highway in Gajraula of Amroha overturned in a ditch opposite Shahbazpur Dor village.
