Don't Pack Your Winter Wear Yet, Rains And Thunderstorm Predicted In Parts Of UP

Lucknow, February 20 (TNA) Amid rising temperatures and the sun getting unbearable in the day time, the weatherman has predicted scattered rains in some parts of the state on the weekend.

The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy thunderstorms in many parts of Uttar Pradesh while hail has been forecast for some areas of the hill state of Uttarakhand.

Thunderstorms and rains have also been predicted for the neighboring state. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has warned of snowfall in many areas including Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir.

There is also a possibility of light rain in these states. In the plains, the temperature will continue to drop this week.
