Court Seeks Response From CBI On Locked Room Of Mahant Narendra Giri Where He Ended His Life

Prayagraj, March 24 (TNA) Hearing a petition to open the room where Mahant Narendra Giri of Shrimath Baghambari Gaddi committed suicide last year on September 20 that has been sealed by the CBIa court has sought a response from the CBI. It is necessary to open the lock for smooth functioning, the applicant has said.

District Judge Nalin Kumar Srivastava, after hearing Balveer Giri's advocate Rishi Shankar Dwivedi, summoned the report from the CBI. Earlier, the court had summoned a report from the Georgetown police station. After getting the report from the police station, the court sought a report from the CBI and fixed April 6 for hearing.

It has been said in the application that for the smooth functioning of the Math, the locked locks in the room where Mahant Narendra Giri had died should be opened. Balvir Giri has got the managerial authority for the operation of the Math.

All the rituals, traditional religious, customs, rituals etc. have been completed. Direct the concerned police officer. After death, the lock of the sealed room should be opened so that the business can run smoothly. Being the Mahant of the Math, he has full right to observe and keep all the papers safe.
