Court Orders Police To File An FIR Against Senior Congress Leader Salman Khurshid

Lucknow, December 23 (TNA) A court in the state capital has ordered the Lucknow police to file an FIR against former union minister Salman Khurshid. There will be an FIR against the senior Congress leader for comparing Hinduism and Hindutva with terrorist organizations Boko Haram and ISIS.

Khurshid was accused of writing controversial words in his book 'Sunrise Over Ayodhya'. He is also accused of comparing Hindutva with animal in an interview. ACJM Court has directed SHO Bakshi Ka Talab to register an FIR.

Order has also been issued to the police to to send a copy of the report to the court after registering an FIR in three days.
