Charges To Be Framed Today Against The Trio Who Killed Mafia Don Atique And His Brother Ashraf

Prayagraj, August 10 (TNA) Charges are to be framed in the district judge's court of Prayagraj on Thursday on the three shooters arrested in the murder of mafia Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf. A copy of the charge sheet has already been provided to all the three accused.

Before the charge is framed, the accused from all the parties will be given a chance to present their arguments. Mafia Atique and his brother Ashraf were murdered in police custody on April 15 in full media glare as they were being taken for a routine medical examination at a local facility.

The police has claimed in its charge sheet that no evidence of contract killing and deep conspiracy has been found in the murder of Atiq-Ashraf. In its charge sheet, the police have named Arun Maurya, Sunny and Lavlesh Tiwari, who were arrested from the spot, as accused.
