Charges To Be Framed Against Mohd Azam Khan, His Wife, And Son In Double Birth Certificate Case

Lucknow, August 17 (TNA) In a big jolt to the jailed Samajwadi party (SP) leader Mohd Azam Khan, the MP-MLA Court on Tuesday has rejected his plea of quashing proceedings against him in the birth certificate case.

The court rejected his discharge application and said that in the matter pertaining to his filing two birth certificates, charges will be framed against him, his wife Tanzim Fatima and son Abdullah Azam udders sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 B.
