Mathura, Dec 6 (TNA) A case has been filed against five people including Gaushala operator Padmashree Sudevi Dasi, as they have been accused of cheating. Irina Bruning Federik aka Sudevi Dasi has been doing Goseva in Radhakund for 25 years.

A case has been registered at Govardhan police station on the orders of the court. Sudevi is of German origin. The accused are accused of grabbing land by creating a fake trust. Even before this, two cases have been registered against Gaushala operator Sudevi Dasi.

There are said to be 2800 cattle in his gaushala. Preeti Sharma, a resident of Shergadia Mohalla Radhakund says that Sudevi Dasi, Dhaval Sachdeva (Radhakund), Prafal Trivedi (Borivali, Mumbai), Radheshyam Singhal (Sitaram Colony, Phase-2, Balkeshwar Road Dayalbagh, Agra), Raju Aggarwal (New Balaji Nagar, Kamla Nagar, Agra) had taken a total of 3.9540 hectares of land from Hariom, the manager of Thakur Gopinath Maharaj Virajman Mandir Radhakund, for the Gaushala.

It is alleged that all of them created a fake trust on July 7, 2020. Chief trustee Dhaval Sachdeva resigned from the trust on March 3, 2022, after committing forgery to grab the land. Raju Agarwal became the main trustee in this fake trust. The accused are misusing the land and money of the Gaushala.

In this regard, Padmashree Sudevi Dasi says that Preeti Sharma's Baba Hariom Sharma had himself given the land to run the Gaushala forever and that all the allegations are baseless. Govardhan police station in-charge Nitin Kasana said that on the orders of the court, a case has been registered against five accused including Sudevi Dasi.
