Big Relief To Yogi Adityanath, Allahabad HC Dismisses Criminal Revision Petition In A 2008 Case

Prayagraj, February 22 (TNA) In big relief to Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath, the Allahabad High Court on Wednesday dismissed the Criminal Revision Petition filed in 2008 in Gorakhpur Cantt Police Station.

The Court also imposed a fine of Rs one lakh on the petitioner Parvez Parwaz, who had filed a Criminal Revision Petition against the CM, for abusing the judicial process. The HC directed the petitioner to deposit the damages in the “Army Welfare Fund Battle Casualties” within four weeks. The order was given by the bench of Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh.
