Biennial General Meeting Of Income Tax Gazetted Officers Held In Lucknow

Lucknow, November 5 (TNA) The Biennial General Meeting of Income Tax Gazetted Officers Association, Uttar Pradesh (East) Unit held at Pratyaksh Kar Bhawan in the state capital on Saturday. Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax Devindar Singh Chaudhary and Director General of Income Tax (Investigation) Ramesh Narain Parbat were present in the inaugural session of the meeting.

The senior officers of the department congratulated the Association and extended their best wishes. Aravind Trivedi, the All India President of the Income Tax Gazetted Officers Association and Bhaskar Bhattacharya, Secretary General of the ITGOA CHQ also graced the meeting and addressed the gathering. Ravi Shekhar Choudhary, Unit Working President welcomed the delegates who came across from all over the region to attend the meeting.

J.P. Singh, General Secretary presented the report for the previous term highlighting the major issues and challenges being faced by the members of the association. Sanjeeva Kumar Dubey President presented the vote of thanks. Gaurav Prakash, Additional Secretary conducted the program.

In the business session of the meeting, elections for the next two year terms were held. The office bearers were elected unopposed, Ravi Shekhar Choudhary was elected as the President, Anindya Chaudhary as Vice President, J.P. Singh as General Secretary, Gaurav Prakash as Additional Secretary, Vivek Varun as Joint Secretary, Mohd. Ali Hasan and Ravi kant Mishra as Assistant Secretaries and Ajay Kumar as Treasurer.
