Auto-Lifter ‘Tiger Gang’ Busted In Prayagraj, Six Including Two Graduates Arrested

Prayagraj, May 23 (TNA) The Police has busted a auto-lifter gang known as ‘Tiger Gang’ and recovered 24 bikes from them. Six thieves, inlcuding two graduates have also been arrested. This includes gang leader Vivek Pal alias Tiger. They used to sell stolen vehicles in rural areas and other districts by preparing fake RCs.

The value of recovered vehicles is said to be more than Rs 20 lakh. SSP Ajay Kumar said that vehicles were stolen from many areas including Civil Lines, Colonelganj, Kidganj. Vivek Pal and Manish used to steal the bikes, while other henchmen of the gang used to sell it.
