Authorities Begin Demolition Of Dragon Mart In Lucknow's Lalbagh Area

LUCKNOW || The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) got into action on Monday as it began the proceedings to demolish the Dragon Mart in the Lalbagh area of the state capital.

The action began after the owners of the high rise Mart lost the case in the court, an official said. The Mart falls in Zone 6 of the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA).

Heavy police force was present at the site when the LDA bulldozers began the exercise to raze the Mart. Authorities say the mart was built illegally.
