Around 300 UP Board Exam Answer Sheets Missing in Kushinagar, Action Taken Against Officials

Kushinagar, March 9 (TNA) A major incident unfolded in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, after a bundle of English answer sheets from the high school board examination went missing on Friday.

In response, the District Inspector of Schools lodged an FIR against the exam center superintendent and collection center in-charge. Both officials were removed from their positions late at night.

The incident occurred at Janata Inter College, where 283 students appeared for the exam out of 312 registered candidates. Following the disappearance of the answer sheets, the board canceled the exam and scheduled a re-examination with a reserve paper on March 12.
