Arguments On Second Bail Of Amitabh Thakur Conclude, Verdict On November 30
Lucknow, Nov 27 (TNA) Argument on the second bail application of former IPS Amitabh Thakur has been completed and the verdict of the court reserved till November 30.
Advocate Nutan Thakur, appearing for the accused former IPS officer, argued in the court that if the statements and developments of the witnesses are seen, then no offense is made out against Amitabh Thakur. The accused has nothing to do with the case.
At the same time, opposing the bail application, Assistant District Government Advocate Ashok Kumar Srivastava argued that the second bail application is not maintainable because nothing new has been said in this.
Significantly, after the investigation report of the SIT in the case, SSI Dayashankar Dwivedi had lodged a report against Amitabh Thakur at the Hazratganj police station on August 27.
