Anticipatory Bail Moved By International Shooter Vartika Singh Rejected

Sultanpur, March 5 (TNA) An anticipatory bail moved by international shooter Vartika Singh on Friday has been rejected by ADJ Intekhab Alam. The shooter is accused of using a fake letter pad of Union Minister and Amethi MP Smriti Irani to make her a member of the Women's Commission.

The trial of the case is going on in the court of CJM. In this, Vartika was ordered to appear. In this case, Dr. Rajneesh Singh has gone to jail and the police has given a clean chit to the commandoes of Kamal Kishor, who was the MP of Bahraich.

The shooter had applied for anticipatory bail after the summons was issued by the court of CJM Kiran Gond. After several appearances, hearing was held in the court of ADJ Intekhab Alam. It was argued on behalf of the defense that there was no fraud of any kind. There was an attempt to molest the shooter. When this complaint was made, he was implicated by misusing the power.

Vartika Singh, a resident of Pratapgarh district, had filed an application in the MP-MLA Court on 23 December 2020 against the Union Minister, his private secretary Vijay Gupta and another and demanded to file a case.

She alleged that Rs 25 lakh was demanded by the Union Minister for becoming a member of the National Commission for Women. Then in the order issued by the judge, it was quashed without considering the solid ground in the case.
