Another Police Gunner Of Umesh Pal Dies, Succumbs To His Injuries At SGPGI In Lucknow

Lucknow, March 1 (TNA) The lone surviving police gunner in the murderous attack on advocate Umesha Pal in Prayagraj last week - Raghvendra Singh succumbed to his serious injuries at the SGPGI in Lucknow on Wednesday evening.

When the dastardly attack on Pal - the prime witness of the legislator Raju Pal murder case, was attacked and killed in Prayagraj last week, his two gunners were also injured.

While one constable - Sandeep Nishad and Pal died on the same day, the other police security gunner Raghavendra was critically wounded and was shifted to the Trauma Centre of the SGPGIMS from SRN Hospital in Prayagraj on February 26 after his condition worsened.

Singh of 2016 batch was originally a resident of Lalganj Korihara village of Rae Bareli and his marriage was slated in May this year.
