Amid Spike In Coronavirus Cases, Only 100 People Now Allowed At Weddings In Noida

Noida, Nov 21 (TNA) Amid a spike in cases of Coronavirus, the district administration in Gautambuddhnagar has cut the number of people allowed at weddings. According to an order issued by the district magistrate Suhas LY, now only 100 people will be allowed to gather at weddings. Till now, this number was 200.

While orders have been issued to concerned district authorities and police officials to ensure that the orders are complied in letter and spirit, the DM has also urged people to cooperate and ensure that the dreaded virus does not spread due to large crowds.

Officials have warned of action if the rules are not adhered to. The officials have also been tasked to ensure proper publicity of this order.
