Prayagraj, April 11 (TNA) The Allahabad High Court will hear a matter pertaining to Mathura's Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute on Tuesday. The petition has been filed for transfer of pending cases to the Allahabad High Court and since the defendants in the case did not file their reply in the court during the hearing on April 4, Tuesday has been fixed for it.

A petition has been filed on behalf of Lord Shri Krishna Virajman and 7 others to transfer pending cases in the Mathura court to the High Court. The court had given the respondent parties (UP Sunni Central Waqf Board, Committee of Management Trust, Shahi Masjid, Mathura, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust, and Shri Krishna Janmasthana Seva Sansthan) the last chance till April 7 to file their reply through e-mode.

The transfer petition, filed through Advocates Vishnu Shankar Jain, Prabhash Pandey and Pradeep Kumar Sharma, on behalf of Lord Shri Krishna Virajman and 7 others, states that the issues involved in the matter pertain to crores of devotees of Lord Krishna and the matter is of national importance. It has been prayed in the petition that all the cases be transferred for trial in a single court. Single Bench of Justice Arvind Kumar Mishra-I is hearing the case
