All Eyes On Varanasi District Court As Hearing In Gyanvapi Case To Be Held Today

Varanasi, May 23 (TNA) All eyes on Monday are on the court of District Judge Dr Ajay Krishna Vishwas who will hear the suit filed for allowing daily worship of Maa Shringar Gauri in the Gyanvapi complex and preserving other gods and goddesses.

The maintainability of the suit under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) will be heard first in the court of the District Judge. The Supreme Court had last week ordered a hearing in the district judge's court. The court has been directed to hear the matter in eight weeks.
