LUCKNOW || On the basis of a viral audio conversation between DM Aligarh Chandra Bhushan Singh and acting CMS Aligath VK Gupta, Lucknow-based activist Nutan Thakur has sought action against DM Aligarh Chandra Bhushan Singh for use of abusive and improper language

In her letter to CM Yogi Adityanath, Nutan said that the voice in the audio is said to be that of DM Chandra Bhushan Singh. In the audio, DM Aligarh is using words like lashing with shoe, idiot etc, along with using clear abusive language against the CMS.

Nutan said an IAS officer cannot be expected to use such filthy and improper language. It is a clear violation of the All India Services Conduct Rules and is an administrative misconduct. Hence she has requested to get the voice sample verified and to act against Sri Singh if it is found to be his voice.
