A Dozen IPS Officials Transferred In Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow, March 12 (TNA) The Uttar Pradesh government late on Sunday effected a minor rejig in the state polcie department and transferred a dozen Indian Police Service (IPS) officials. K Satyanarayan, IG Varanasi has been shifted to CB-CID HQ in Lucknow in the same capacity while Akhilesh Kumar Chaurasia has been shifted to Varanasi as DIG, Varanasi.

Prabhakar Chaudhary has been named as the new SSP of Bareilly from his present posting as commandant 11th battalion of PAC in Bareily. Neeraj Kumar Jadaun has been sent to Bijnor as SP. he was till now SP Baghpat. Arpit Vijayvargiya, a 2017 batch IPS offcier has been named the new SP Baghpat from his present posting as ASP Muzaffarnagar.

Dinesh Singh SP Bijnor has been sent to attached to DGP HQ, Gopal Krishna Chaudhary has been named then SP of Basti from his present posting as SP of Lalitpur. Abhishek Kumar Agarwal the DCP Prayagraj has been shifted to Lalitpur as the new district police chief. Shubham Patel, SP Hamirpur has been put in waiting and attached to the DGP Headquarters in Lucknow.

Diksha Sharma, the ACP Ghaziabad Commissionerate has been named the new SP of Hamirpur and Sacchidanand has been made ACP Crime in Ghaziabad.
