Finally, After A Wait Of Many Many Years, We Finally Have A Pet At Home

I have always fascinated about pets right from my childhood. Dogs being the most tempting ones to pet. But my parents Ould have nothing to do with my 'pet owner dream'. It was a firm no and as an obedient son, I fell in line. Time passed - almost 18-odd years.

I am 23 now. But as you all are in know, the younger child is more dear and so my cuddly brother Akshaj did the impossible - made both my father and mother okay the assimilation of a pet in the house.

COVID lockdown has given both us siblings enough time to be with the the Labrador male pup we got home a few days back. We have named him Oozo. My brother says he oozes love and positivity hence the name! It's tiring attending on him the whole night as he does not sleep a bit at night.

Finally After A Wait Of Many Many Years, We Finally Have A Pet At Home He would nibble on slippers, cloths and whatever comes in the range of his ever-looking mouth. He is tiny and fell ill also for some time but thankfully is back to his mischiefs again. Cleaning up his sussu-potty is a tough call but as f now we are managing and also trying to potty train him. Both my dad and mom -busy though, also given him lots of love.

We know the risks and time investments required to rear a pet but now that oozo is home, he has become one of us and hence is part of the family. We are looking forward for him to grow up and then we will all enjoy his playful company.
