14 Students from AMU Selected in Leading Organisations Through Campus Placement
Aligarh, June 18 (TNA) In the recent recruitment drives conducted by the Training & Placement Office (General), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), 14 students from the Faculties of Social Sciences, Science, Life Sciences, Commerce, and Agricultural Sciences have secured placements in leading organizations such as Medha Foundation, DXC Technology, Every Special Child, MI Industries, and Mansi Ganga Builders & Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
Saad Hameed, Training & Placement Officer, AMU, confirmed that three students from the Master of Social Work (MSW) programme, Hira Raz, Hujjat Raza, and Abdul Haseeb, have been selected by Medha Foundation for the role of Student Relationship Manager.
Aasif Hussain, a student of M.Sc. Statistics has been recruited by DXC Technology as an Analyst II (Actuary). Every Special Child has selected several candidates, including Areeba Farhat (MBA in Agri-Business), Kaynat Nausheen (MHRM), Mohd. Ahmad Nadeem (B.Sc. Statistics), Shazeb Ahmad (Master of Library & Information Science), and Mohd. Nabeel Khan (M.Sc. Biotechnology), for roles such as Sales Associate, Recruiter, and Management Trainee.
From the Faculty of Science, MI Industries has hired Shehroz Ali (M.Sc. Polymer Science), Mohammad Uzair Khan (M.Sc. Industrial Chemistry), and Syed Mohammad Saalim (M.Sc. Chemistry) as Chemists. Meanwhile, Mansi Ganga Builders & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has selected Shalu Kumari (MHRM) and Satendra Kumar (MBA) for managerial roles.
