Yellow Alert Sounded In Uttarakhand, Rains Likely Over The Next Few Days

Dehradun, April 3 (TNA) More rains are likely in the hill state of Uttarakhand over the enxt few days, the Met office has predicted. As per the forecast, on Monday and Tuesday, places like Bageshwar, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Uttarkashi will receive moderate rains while it might snow in regions above 3500 metre height.

This weather change will lead to drop in temperatures in the plains and gusty winds will add to the chill in neighbouring areas, the Weatherman has predicted. This weather change is result of a western disturbance and the minimum temperature in Dehradun is likely to hover around 13 degress while the maximum could touch 32 degrees celsius.

It has been raining in many parts of Northen India, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi and the National Capital region (NCR) over the past few weeks.
