Voice Sampling Facility Begins At Dehradun Forensic Lab

Dehradun, Nov 17 (TNA) In a big move to fast track and fine tune criminal investigation, the Uttarakhand Police has begun voice analysis facilities at the forensic science laboratory in Dehradun, an official said on Wednesday.

This, the official pointed out, would be a great tool in controversial cases and criminal offences like threat, extortion, kidnapping and bribery. Voice samples will be able to analysed by the cops and fast and incisive decisions taken.
