Uttarakhand Police Man Climbs Mt Elbrus In Six Days, DGP hails The Feat

Dehradun, August 18 (TNA) A trooper of the Uttarakhand Police, Rajendra has created history with a climb on the Mount Elbrus in Europe in six days. Mount Elbrus is the highest and most prominent peak in Russia and Europe.

It is situated in the western part of the Caucasus and is the highest peak of the Caucasus Mountains.

This is also his second summit on the 5642 metre high peak, making him the first state policeman to have done so.

Uttarakhand DGP Ashok Kumar has hailed the momentous achievement of the cop and said that he has brought laurels not only to the hill state but had also done the country proud.
