Uttarakhand Firemen Save Lives Of Two Trapped In A Truck That Met With An Accident

Dehradun, August 28 (TNA) The Uttarakhand Firemen came as angels to two people in the wee hours of Saturday as they not only reached the accident site on time but also spent hours to cut the badly mangled truck to rescue them.

According to information, around 2 am, a truck was going to Vikasnagar from Ghantaghar. As the truck reached Panditwadi, it tried to save a vehicle and rammed into a roadside tree. The impact of the collision was so severe that the front side of the vehicle was turned into a mangled heap of steel.

The firemen immediately reached the accident scene and found that the truck driver and the cleaner had ben trapped inside and were injured. They immediately requisitioned gas cutters and cut the gates and rescued the trapped truck men.

They were then rushed to a nearby medical facility where treatment of the duo is underway. Hats off to the dedication of these firemen.
