Supreme Court Takes Note Of Lakhimpur Kheri Incident, To Take Up Matter Tomorrow

Lucknow, Oct 6 (TNA) In a day of fast-paced political developments with regards to the Lakhimpur Kheri incident which left nine dead, the Supreme Court (SC) also stepped in on Wednesday. A bench of the Apex Court headed by the Chief Justcie will now take up the case.

According to information available, the CJI Justice NV Ramana has taken suo motto note of the developments in the incident. The BJP government in the state has been slammed alla round for its inept handling of the case.
